Convention Messenger Pre-Registration Form

Convention Messenger Registration Form

Each cooperating church shall be entitled to three(3) messengers and (1) additional messenger for every fifty (50) resident members, or major portion thereof, providing that no church may elect more than ten (10) messengers.

Mission churches cannot elect messengers to send to the convention, but if the mission pastor is a member of the sponsoring church, he can represent the sponsoring church as a messenger if elected by the church.

A copy of the signed messenger card or *messenger registration confirmation is needed to register messengers on October 23, 2026.  You may email us a copy of the signed card or bring it with you to register.

We will use the information provided to prepare packets for messengers. Please BRING or EMAIL YOUR SIGNED *MESSENGER REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION to the convention registration desk.

*You will receive an email with the messenger registration confirmation after you pre-register messengers below. The email confirmation will be sent to the email provided below.

One more note:

To register as messengers, your church needs to have completed your Annual Church Profile Report (ACP). (If your church hasn't filed an ACP for 2026, you may bring it with you to the annual meeting, and we can register your messengers.) Your church also needs to have given through the state convention to the Cooperative Program since last year's annual meeting.
